372-6200, 372-6222, or 372-6100 and select option 1. 
For your convenience, this customer service option is available anytime day or night, 7 days a week. All you need is your MEC account number, credit card number, 3 digit security code (on the back of your card), expiration date, and zip code of where your credit card statement is mailed. You may also call these numbers to inquire on the account balance or to update your telephone number.  Please use this feature when paying your bill via credit card.
