David C. Hall, of Hurt, was elected to the Mecklenburg Electric Cooperative Board of Directors in June 2016. He is a director for the Gretna District. Hall, who has a bachelor's Degree in Architecture from Virginia Tech, is currently retired and operates a small cattle farm.
