Michael H. McDowell, of Vernon Hill, has served on the Mecklenburg Electric Cooperative Board of Directors since November of 1988. McDowell is a director in the Gretna District. He is the owner and operator of Locust Level Farm, which has been recognized for many agricultural achievements.
